How can I get user email other than logged in user...

Hi @James Zheng

Welcome to the community.

To get a users email address via the API, you can use the API calls:

api-rest-api-3-user-search-get
api-rest-api-3-user-get (accountId required)

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

but if email didn't set anyone can see, The message which API returns does not contain an email

Use the API call: https:://<instance-name>.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/user/search?query=<email-address> or <part-of-a-name>
