giving JSM user agent perimission, another two product granted by default why ?

Hello, 

When i give a team member an access to JSM as a user agent 
two another  product access granted by default  ( Goals and projects ) 
and i don't want to give it to him, and it also will count and be paid after certain amount of users 

what can i do remove  these two product granted ?

Hi Tasneem,

That's probably because the group that contains the Agents is also granted access to the other products. Click on the 3 dots and the View Product Details. You will want to change or remove the groups for those products so that only users are granted access to the products.
