In Jira cloud can we get the information like who and when added whom to the Jira groups? if it is more then 6 months ago? As in Jira cloud Retention periods are 1/3/6 months in Audit log.

I mean, If Atlassian maintain data backup can we get those details?
You can try to ask Atlassian for a backup but i'm not sure what their answer will be.
