for creating Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget, I am not able use the field 'Story Points' The field is not available in X axis or Y axis dimension. how to make it available.

Correct because the Story Points field is open ended and does not have a set list of values. Those types of fields cannot be used with the Two Dimensional gadget (or Issue Statistics gadget).
