¿es posible ocultar en usuario en respuestas al cliente en una solicitud?

¿En este ejemplo podría ocultar el nombre de Eduardo para que el cliente no viera que agente le contesta? ¿o es imposible? no veo la opción.

There is a feature request for this here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-3308   You can vote for it and watch it.  

Currently when agent adds public comments to the issue, the agent's information is always displayed in the portal UI.  This also applied to anyone (i.e. participants) adds comments to the issue, his/her information will be displayed too.
