eigene E-Mail verhindert Benachrichtigungen

Hallo,
Nach der Umstellung auf unsere eigene E-Mailadresse werden keine Kundenbenachrichtigungen mehr versendet, obwohl diese aktiviert sind, wo kann das Problem liegen

Hi Marc,
wir haben die Domäne LDB.de hinterlegt und verifiziert, dann die Adresse 
Support@ldb.de eingefügt und im Projekt unter interne Benachrichtigungen als Benachrichtigungs E-Mail hinterlegt.
Es wurden keine Kundenbenachrichtigungen mehr verschickt und CC Empfänger aus der E-Mail wurden nicht mehr als Teilnehemer angelegt.

Auch nach Löschung der E-Mailadresse und der Domäne aus Jira bleibt das Problem bestehen

What are the current setting in the Email section of the project, what is set as the reply to address.

Es werden trotzdem keine Request Participants angelegt bei E-Maileingang in CC
und es werden keine Kundenbenachrichtigungen verschickt

Hi @Christof Hermann 

This will not simply work, you need to 1st to configure your instance to sent email based on your domain: configure-jira-cloud-to-send-emails-on-behalf-of-your-domain 

Have these steps been taken?

ja haben wir, dann tauchte der beschriebene Fehler auf, wir haben das zurück genommen, der Fehler ist leider weiterhin vorhanden

If you reverted all settings you have changed back to default and you still have errors, then reach out to Atlassian Support
