In Opsgenie, we have setup integration that contains ***@opsgenie.net domain. Since Opsgenie is going away, do I need to update all my email integration from the old domain to the new ****@opsgenie.net to ****@.jsmalerts.atlassian.net

I think that this is a Yes, but you might even need to reconfigure the integratons.
As creating a new mail integration on a Team provides a new ****@jsmalerts.atlassian.net
address to be used.
