custom field is not found in the cofiguration of Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget

Hi team
I encountered a problem when Im trying to create a Gadget of Two Dimensional Filter Statistics.

There is a custom filed named "Root cause".
I confirm that the field is the associated screens.

But this field is not appearing in the configuration options for the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget.

Please let me know what I should check in further.

Hi HanQiao - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Any fields used in the Two Dimensional gadget must be fields that have a limited set of values, like with dropdowns (single or multi picker) or user picker, etc. But not a text or number field.
