cree un grupo y lo quiero agregar para que a ese grupo se le pueda asignar un ticket pero no me aparece..

lo cree como grupo, y le asigne los roles correspondientes, le di permisos sobre le proyecto..

pero ahora cuando quiero asignarle un ticket no me aparece como posibilidad

Unfortunately, it is not possible to assign a work item to a group. This has been a requested feature on which you can leave your vote: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-106

There are some work arounds, but for now, work items are assigned to an individual. Perhaps, if you can explain your use case, we can help you find a suitable work-around (like assigning work items based on agent work load).
