catagorizing my articles on Knowledgebase

Hi,

I have some articles that I want to add in catagories, but when I add a catagory, it appears on 1st screen, which I don't want. 

Is there a way to prevent that?

You want to hide the categories from the Portal view? 

I don't believe this is possible at this stage; there is a feature request for it though, check out JSDCLOUD-9304
