cannot add comments for our customers

Hello,

We cannot add any "normal" comments on tickets. 

We need this feature in order to comunicat with our customers.

Hey @dgalatescu ,

Couple of questions from me.

  • Were you able to enter a "reply to customer" in the past?
  • Can you see any other JSM features (like SLA's/Queues) on your project?
  • Can you validate that you have a proper JSM license on the account you are using
  • Is this a single user having issues or all users?
  • Is this a company or team managed service project?

Hi, Dan, I looked at Atlassian's Status page (status.atlassian.com) and didn't see any outstanding issues. You may want to contact Atlassian Support (support.atlassian.com/contact).

They would be able to dig deeper into your issue.
