Hi @정상연 welcome to the community. We're a community of mainly users here, and can't administer your Atlassian accounts. If you've already tried the steps in this article cancel your subscription, you probably want to contact Atlassian Support and select the 'Billing, payments, and pricing' option, they should be able to assist you with cancelling.
