automatizar - enviar a calendario

Hola , 

Hay alguna forma de automatizar que cuando paso de estado por hacer a estado " programada"  , lo envie directamente calendario y pregunte como un scheduled meeting ?????

Mañana tendría que comprar ya la licencia y me gustaria conocer el alcance
