i tried with deep clone to clone the service desk project but not get desired results.

kindly help to clone the project and suggest any possible options to clone the whole project.

Unfortunately, there are still some known limitations when cloning Jira Service Management projects with Deep Clone for Jira.

• Company-managed Jira Service Management projects cannot be cloned entirely and the following entities don’t get cloned:

  • Request types, Forms, and External resources

  • Customer permissions and notifications, language support, email settings

  • Portal, widget, and chat settings

  • Knowledge base links and SLA settings

• Team-managed Jira Service Management projects can't be cloned
