any linkage that exist between source and destination tickets when link is remove pre existing data the pre existing content shall remain same in JIra cloud using Automation. Can anyone help in this query?

Ex:

Source-Symptom, Destination-Instance

If the link between symptom and instance removed the following fields data will not remove it should remain same

Fields present in ticket like system, data etc;
