Zoom integration not working

After installing zoom from marketplace

While getting started below error comes

 

This app has been disabled by Zoom temporarily. Please try to install this app again later. (4,704)

 

Whereas in zoom also jira and servicedesk is installed. 

Any idea what could be issue

This error usually means the app has been disabled on Zoom’s end, either due to a temporary outage, policy change, or app update in progress. It’s not uncommon after recent changes in permissions or scopes. I’d recommend first checking the Zoom app marketplace status to see if there are any notices for the Jira integration.

Also, try uninstalling the app from both Zoom and Jira, then do a clean reinstall. If your Zoom admin has restricted third-party apps or scopes changed recently, that might block the connection, worth confirming with them too.

As the app is from a 3rd party contact the 3rd party support on this error.

This as the error originates from their side.
