I would like to read an xml attachment from an email, and then create a ticket from that xml file. we are able to do this using scriptrunner in DC, but that feature is not available in Cloud from them. Is there a way to do this using marketplace apps or any other solution?
This sounds quite advanced for Jira cloud to handle and I'm not aware of any apps that can process the contents of email attachments.
Ideally your process the xml outside of Jira and perform a REST API call to create the ticket.
