Hi, When the workflow is in progress, I added new status named Send to Customer. I was able to add it but I do not see it on my Service Request as an option for Status when I select In Progress. Can you share what I'm missing?

Can you share the workflow that you have already? Where is the status not showing up - on the portal? Or on the agent screen view? Are there any Conditions on the transition to that Status?

Request you to please recheck whether you have added "Send to Customer" as a status or workflow transition.
