I am using the Jira Service Management Cloud and have two projects with separately defined Workflow Schemes & Workflows: -
GPSL Product Service Desk
AEMC Custom App Support
I want a different status for “Waiting For Customer” & “Closed”. But, when I changed one, the other changes in the other project.
I researched the issue, and the resolution states to have different schemes – which as far as I know I have.
Can you see what’s wrong?
The status is global across all projects.
You will need to create a new status for the items you want to change, then add that into the workflow and replace the one you do not want.
