Wondering if anyone has had issues with using the When:worker added to workday trigger.  We have followed the setup guide but not getting any results after creating a test user in Workday.   Does anyone have this connection working or examples of automations they have configured?
Our connection shows in-use on the automation rule.  I have created the API token and got that to WD admin.  However, I see the API has never been accessed.  Worked with support on additional permissions we needed to add on the WD service account we setup.  Seeing if anyone has this automation configured.

I have an automation setup and working that is utilizing the "Worker added to Workday" trigger. One thing that got me was that the automation rule owner had to be the same account which the API token for Workday was generated from.

Hi Gary, any chance you have any other tips on getting this to work? We have the connection but nothing is ever triggered when a worker is added.

If the rule isn't being triggered, then something isn't right with your connection. I use the "Workday API client type" of "API client". Not "API client for integration". When I configured this, there was only the one option.

There's nothing else specifically that comes to mind to check other than making sure the ISU you are using from Workday has the necessary permissions.
