Will Importing Exported Data into a Different Org Overwrite the Data in the Target Org

Hello, my company has several atlassian orgs. I want to merge the orgs, and close the unnecessary orgs. Will exporting back up data from a source org and importing it into a target org overwrite the data in the target org?
