Hello, I am trying to setup a widget. 1. The questions in the widget only include summary and email. Is there a way to include the other form questions in the widget? 2. Is there a way to add links other than Confluence in the widget? Thanks!

Hi and Welcome, 

The widget displays fields from your selected Default request type, but not all field types can be rendered in the widget.

To configure the widgets Request Type go to: Space settings → Channels & self service → Widget and there set the default request Type. 



Some complex custom fields cannot be rendered in the widget and must be made optional if you want to use that request type.

Actually there is no direct configuration of custom external links in the widget settings.
