Why when a ticket is changed to waiting for customer does my colleagues name show against the change

Somewhere my colleagues name is set for the email address and system changes. Where can I change this?change.PNG

I suspect that you have an automation that is associated with these actions. It likely is the legacy automation. Go to project settings then select automation then choose Legacy. Inspect any automations there and the owner of these automations.

 I think that might have put me on the right track. He seems to show up there. I am going to try to change and will let you know.
