Why tickets in Personal Queue / Need response do not disappear?

Hi,

Can someone help me, please?

I have this problem: when I make an action on a ticket in Personal Queue / Need response Queue, the ticket remains in the Queue and do not disappear. 
What should I do to clean the Queue?

How is your Queue configured (JQL). What action (=automation rule) exactly are you performing?
