Why is the item not showing up as due on the dashboard after updating due dates?

I clicked insight, searched and clicked on instrument, updated due dates (monthly, semi-annual, and annual), and saved. I refreshed the page and returned to dashboard to see upcoming maintenance due date, but the equipment I updated is not shown listed. What steps do you recommend? Thank you
