Why is my profile displaying different things from 2 different computers.

Hello,

My user is displaying different things on two different computers

1. Same account logged in on each computer displaying different things, same url.

2. I have cleared my cached data 

3. I am a site admin and when I change settings they do not appear on my profile, but do appear on other users profiles.

4. I tried different browsers

The two screenshots below, display 2 different things.
Both using the same link.
This screenshot is the correct one that I set up and what all users see.

This Screenshot below, from my user, displays something completely different..
