Why is Organisations always showing in Create Issue from Agents view

Hi there,

When an Agent hits create and chooses an issue to create "Problem" for example, Organisations is always a field at the bottom of the Create Issue screen.

When I go in a check the fields it is on the far right hand side to NOT display on the forms and it doesn't show on the Request form (when I tested it on the portal).

Not sure why I am stuck with that field even though I have dragged it off in the Issue view form setup.

Am I missing something about getting rid of it.

Have you already checked the existing fields in the creation screen?

Check in: Project Settings > Screens
Open the screen associated with the Create Issue operation, and if the Organizations field is there, click on remove.
