Why does this automation say "no action performed" and "the following issues did not match the condition:   " 

I am attempting to change priority when the issue type field is changed (the ticket getting updated is the trigger).

I got it. It will run only against the first IF.

Use an IF/else for this.

But try not to do it when the issue is updated. that will run every time one issue type is updated and you can run out of automation.
