Why does Atlassian remove topics about phishing?

I started a discussion on Atlassian's Jira platform being used for phishing attacks, but the post was taken down. Why?

Hi,

Sorry to hear about this. I'm afraid that our Community site incorrectly flagged you content as spam.  I have restored these posts.

 

I will investigate the other reports of our sites being used to send email spam as well.  If you received other spam emails from our Cloud services, please forward those messages directly to abuse@atlassian.com

Our team will not reply to these, but they will use these reports to take-down offending sites.
