Why do my JIRA ticket attachments not load?

When I open JIRA tickets under Backlogs the attached image files do not load.

Hi @Gregory Joyce and welcome to the community,

Backlog exists only on JSW projects and not on JSM projects. Having said that, you should clarify:

What do you mean by "backlog"? The one I'm taking about in the sentence above, or the JSM queues?
Which product are you using?
Which type of project? CMP or TMP?
On which view the image isn't loading? Detail view? Issue View?
What kind of file is the one you try to open?
When you click on it, what happens?

Welcome to the community. Can you provide more details on your question? (i.e. screenshots or error messages etc..)

BTW, what do you mean by "Backlogs"? Are you referring to your JSM's queues or accessing the issue view UI?
