When I use the @ to tag someone then I get a list of people but when a colleague does he just gets the @ symbol.  Our admin guy has the same issue and has no clue how to sort it out!!

All permissions are the same as mine so any help would be appreciated.

i just replied to another similar post. I seem to recall there was a recent bug that popped up on this. You might wish to reach out to Atlassian Support to ensure you are on the latest SW. I think it had to do w/ different domains but TBH I can't recall. Before troubleshooting you might check w/ support.

Thanks for this but the Atlassian Support link takes me back into this community support area so I'd just be asking the same question again.

Its weird as we all have the same access levels across Macs and Windows machines and we've also tried different browsers but no luck.

Our main admin guy has the same issue.

Ok so you are on a starter or free version which limits help the the forum world for help.

given I can’t do anything to assist with the scenario of an actual bug let’s rule out user error.

can you confirm that the other users are working in the very same project? Mentions work at the project level. The available names are restricted to those individuals that have access to the project.

can the admin login as you and try the mention?
