I will like to preset approvers for a request type in my Jira service management.
But that cannot be done in a company managed project. Why?
First, make sure that there is an actual approval step set up in your workflow. When you click on the status there is a checkbox to include the approval step. You can edit this where you can choose the number of approvers, and what happens when the issue gets approved or rejected.
