Why can I not find custom field in issue view configuration

Hi all,

Strange thing happened. I created several custom fields for our new project. All is working well, except for 1 field = Resolver group.

I cant seem to add it to the Issue view in the configuration. I can add it in the Request form tab though.

Any idea how I could go around this issue?

Hi @Zaldy Parian 

This could be for various reasons - I'd check...

• The field isn't hidden/limited on the Project's Field Configuration Scheme
• It's not restricted to specific Projects, in the Custom Field's Context
• The field has a Field Context - as without one, it won't be possible to use
