Hello
Does anyone know why it says that there are no more agent slots remaining when I just have two people here? Is there some other place that an agent account can be hiding that I do not know of?
I also have two customers (Only two since all cases come from a form that posts an email), but I assumed that was not a limitation in the free tier.
Hi @Daniel Armyr , can you check the following location?
Click on the gear/sprocket in upper right corner and select User management
what is shown on that page for users? You can also filter by JSM user access if needed.
Thanks for lightning-fast answers.
I have now removed everyone non-critical, meaning there is only one person left here (And I guess me as owner takes up one seat even if I do not appear here)
I am still seeing the issue, but I know that these things sometimes take a bit of time to propagate, so I will wait until tomorrow and check then, unless either of you see another issue...

Welcome.
Check Atlassian Administration or click the "No Agents Left" box.
The number of users on the project don't tell anything on license usage.
Check in administration which users consume a JSM license.
