Why Microsoft Teams integrationonly for incidents?

Hi everybody,

I just activated the Microsoft Teams integration for agents to create Chats and Meetings directly from an incident. So far so good...but...why is that only available for Incidents? Chat based communication and Meetings might be helpful for any type of issue type, right?

Any chance to activate this feature for all issue types?
