Why I can't see "access" on my left panel under Project settings?

I have installed add on, and need to give to it access.

So, it says I should navigate to Project->Settings-->Access.

But in my project settings there is no "access" available on the left panel.

What can be done?

I am unsure of what add-on you are referring to. However “access“ generally is associated with team managed projects. Company manage projects do not provide access to the project in the same manner.
