Where to view forms submitted by customers

Let's say we add the forms under request and a customer fills it and submits. Where can we view this ( is it under JIRA requests) and can we run filters on the form submission. We do not want a pdf submission of forms.

Yes, the form is added to the request under the attached forms section:

No, you cannot query on the attached form, but if you want to get data out of the form you can use the API to get the answers, or link the fields to Jira fields and filter that way.
