Where is the option for using SharePoint as knowledge base?

I click Add Knowledge in a JSM project settings and it shows me this:

No SharePoint.png

According to this article:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-knowledge-from-microsoft-sharepoint-to-your-project/
There should be an option for SharePoint?

My cloud site is on the continuous track for updates. JSM is Premium (still in trial period). Rovo is enabled.

You have to be sure that it is added as a connector to Rovo at the organization level first. An organization admin has to do this for you. This is based on the information mentioned here:

Before you begin

Before you begin to add knowledge from Microsoft SharePoint, you need to:

However, if I were you, I would do the above, but I would add the Service Agent to your portal instead. This is because it can use Sharepoint, Confluence, and many other resources this way. The method you shared in the link limits you to choosing only one source as quoted from the documentation:

At a given time, you can link spaces from only one knowledge source per space. To link spaces from any other knowledge source, you’ll first need to unlink the folders you’ve linked, and then continue adding your choice of source.

I opened a support ticket and got the same answer...

That page though, is way too large for laptops and do not scale. The "Add connector" button was initially hidden out of view. An all-too-common problem all over Jira's web UI.

I tried the Ask Rovo button to ask Rovo how to add SharePoint as KB.

First Rovo said SharePoint is not supported.
Then I provided the above URL and Rovo appologized.

Rovo then said maybe Rovo is not enabled in my instance.
I asked am I not talking to Rovo right now?

AI delusion at its finest.
