Where do I see portal-only customers

Hello everyone,

since having the new view of the user administration, I cannot see portal-only customers anymore. When I enter the old URL, I get this error message:

Does anyone now where I can manage portal-only customers in the new user administration view or why I get this error message?

Hi @Petra Hasler ,

If you go to https://admin.atlassian.com you can Select your Products tab.

There in the lower left corner you can select your Product and then go to "Jira Service Management"

Petra, as an administrator, I'm able to see Portal only customers under Administration / Products / <pick the site under 'Sites and Products' / pick 'Portal-Only Customers' under 'Jira Service Management'.
