Hello. Is there a way I can view the sent email logs? Or do I need to go to support and ask them to check? I can see emails coming in from a customer, but they are not receiving our responses.

There is a failed notification log that you can find from the left side navigation in your project:
It only displays failed notifications, not the ones that have been sent successfully. Combined with the customer notification settings in your project, this should be able to tell you if JSM is sending out notifications as expected. If something still goes wrong, there is a chance that something goes wrong on the customer end (e.g. notification being caught by a spam filter on their end, ...)

You should see a Customer Notifications Logs option in the navigation panel on the left, along with all the other nav options for a Service Management project.
