When you access Jira's Epic Card, the sub-work status bar is exposed at the bottom, but the card list is not exposed.
Hi @Bennie Lee
Do you have browse permission on the project the child issues of the Epic reside in?
It seems the Epic child issues are in a different project and you don't have access to this project

We are now putting the issue of children in the same project as a sub-work.

Hi @Bennie Lee
I f link an issue from the same project to the Epic via the parent field is it visible on the Epic issue?
Or if you create a sub-task directly from within the Epic is it visible as a sub-task on the Epic issue?
If sub-tasks or child issues where in a different project and you can't access that project, you need to grant yourself access to that project.

@Marc - Devoteam I'm connecting the issues of the same project now, but I'm not connecting the issues of other projects.

Hi @Bennie Lee
Do they show under the Epic?
What type of issues are you creating in the project, can you provide screenshots?
What if you use another browser or use an incognito window?

@Marc - Devoteam The secret window is the same.
If you look at the list screen, you can see that there are several issues under Epic.

Hi @Bennie Lee
So this is the normal view and is ok.
Do you still have issues, if so which.
Outline the steps you are making and the issue occurring.

Hi @Bennie Lee
you need to make a choice.
You can add sub-task directly to an Epic jst like on another issue type.
If you want to use the parent/child relation that an Epic offers (only possible on an Epic issue type)
The views differ, you can have the view used for sub-task when using the paren/child relation the Epic issue type offers.
