I currently have a service portal for internal customers (sales) to submit tickets for issues related to products in the field. Our system is still young and it is hard to accurately track product locations. What I would like to do is when a customer chooses an Asset in the portal form, the form would then show them the Asset's current Machine Location (Custom Field) based on what it is currently set to and allow them to update it if it is incorrect. I was thinking I could use a Smart Value to show this, however, I'm not sure how to do that for an Asset that they chose as part of that form.
