When i move any custom field from field(Right side box) to incident by default it become hidden?

When I move any custom field design with the help of any installed plugin from the field(Right side box) to the incident field it automatically becomes hidden.

I am using Multilevel Select for Jira, Prime Custom Fields for Jira, or any installed plugins, all of these shows the same thing.

Hi!

Go and check the following configuration items: 

1) Screens for the issue type that the request type Incident is connected to. ==> I think this is OK since you see them in the request form page. 

2) Field configuration scheme on the project - you can hide certain CF's here

3) the context of the custom fields - maybe the context on the CF is limited to some issue types or projects?
