Hi @Thiyagarajan ,

That could be due to your Jira configuration (for example fields).
Please raise a ticket for our support team as to resolve that problem we need more information.

For sure we will need the HAR file to check what could gone wrong. If you don't know how to generate it our support will help you with that also.
