Hi we created an Automated rule that move incident from 1 SM to another.

For some reason, attached pictures always got lost in the movement.. any idea why?

Hi @rtamam ,

How do you "Move" an issue via an automation rule ? As far as I now, there is no MOVE action.

It's possible to move an issue by cloning it into another project. I presume you are doing it like that. If so, can you check if you are cloning the "attachment" field also.

Best regards,

Kris

You're correct, Kirs/

I'm using the method you mentioned, cloning and delete the original.

I'll check your suggestion, thanks!
