When I was trying to configure Automation rule in Jira Service Management it is giving me 403 error

Hi @Charan Teja Yerrabala welcome to the community.  Check out this KB from Atlassian, Manage API Tokens 

I'm wondering if the key needs to be updated to be a valid one you create.  As I understand it, you will need to generate your own API key to use in automations.
