When I add email to internal in Proj,it automatical adds It as well to Customers. How to fix It.

I want a person to be a part of a project as an agent. I add his emali to a project's internall Acess part , but it also automaticly adds the email to Customers part of a project. 

As a result this person sees all as a customer only, only portal view. 

 

How can I fix it. What should I check?

Hi Vera,

You to grant the user access to the Jira Service Management product (must be a Site Admin to do this). Then add them to the Service Desk Team project role.
