What is the *********** Custom Field in ITSM Project Template?

What is the *********** Custom Field in ITSM Project Template?

In any project created with the ITSM Project Template navigate to Project Settings > Fields and under the list of fields you'll come across this field. I could not find any relevant documentation regarding this field. Does anyone know what is the purpose of this custom field ?

I'm afraid we can't tell you this. That field has been added by one of your administrators - you probably need to ask them what it is for (or the people or team they added it for)
