What is a Team?

Exactly what is a 'Team' member in terms of, say, the Power Scripts app add-on licensing terms? If I create an issue tracker app for example that only gets used by 5 people in the course of a year, is the Team 5 people? Or is it the number of people on a development team who can log in and develop the actual Jira app?  Note: I just signed up to Jira, so pretty clueless.

In terms of licencing, the concept of a team is an irrelevance.  You will have to licence power scripts for the number of users of your Jira, whatever teams are in it and using the app.

Team is just like role or group in Jira/Atlassian Products in Site.
