Hi,
I created an ITSM Project and would like to use the Incidents, the Problems, etc...
There are references to OpsGenie everywhere, as if Incidents are linked to it.
But when I compare Incidents in Jira and Incidents in OpsGenie, they don't match.
Why are there 2 types of Incidents ?
How am I supposed to use the solution ?
